From day one, JRMA has had an industrial emphasis in the marketplace. Our engineers have a long history of collaboration with plant owners and operators leading to many highly efficient facilities that optimize the balance between processing needs and building requirements. In addition, our structural group is experienced with all types of structures. This gives our Customers more options for economy as well as flexibility for “retooling” and future expansion.
Our architects, likewise, have a long history developing creative interior layout design strategies that meet both code compliance and facility needs. We collaborate with equipment vendors, identify conflicts with process flow vs. structure, and address code concerns. Our approach to exterior architectural design considers the balance between aesthetic quality, pleasing corporate identity, and economy.
Through many years of working through industrial process solutions for our Customers we have confirmed that the Plant Manager /Facility Engineer is at the center of the Team Organizational Chart. Starting with a programming “download” from the Plant Manager, the JRMA Work Plan continues with a close dialogue with your facility staff for production needs and expectations. We put the options on paper and work with your staff to challenge assumptions in order to get to the best design solution.
The final design and engineering phase is highlighted with continual quality control and progress meetings with your staff. Our approach doesn’t stop with engineering and permits. Through follow-through with equipment vendors for equipment placement, our coordination process continues with the mission to complete your start up and meet that first product order successfully.
