Atlantic Aviation IAH
Houston, TXTo provide customers an enhanced experience, JRMA set out to maximize operational efficiency and improve the image of an aging FBO built in the 1960’s. This complete interior and exterior renovation was designed and phased to allow Atlantic Aviation to maintain their operations during construction. The exterior enhancements focused on a modern architectural metal skin, smooth-cut volcanic stone wrapped pilasters, and the addition of two “wing” metal canopies. Inside, glazing, stone, and wood accents offer a bright, comfortable and useful space, focused on maximizing operational efficiencies on the first floor and upgraded tenant space on the second.
