Arevalo’s Tortilla Facility

Arevalo’s new production and distribution facility for tortillas focuses on the company’s mission to provide customers with safe and high-quality products. JRMA knows that in a facility like this the production process is key to design, so early planning carefully evaluated all of the needs from raw product receiving and dough mixing to packaging and cold storage prior to shipment. The new 70,000 square foot facility includes a two-story office space and an equipment maintenance shop, in addition to the production facility and a canopied truck dock in the shipping area. In order to keep the baking and cooling areas at the proper temperatures, full-height partitions were employed to ensure temperature control and air flow.
