Long-established Client relationships have provided JRMA the opportunity to design and permit a wide variety of commercial and institutional projects. Projects have included office buildings, tenant improvements, distribution, and vehicle maintenance. In addition, our work in the entertainment industry covers a broad range of projects from studio prop storage to Disney Resort capital improvement projects, and as executive architect, an Aquarium at LEGOLAND and Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum for Merlin Entertainment.
Our experienced architects will identify opportunities for efficiency as well as design amenities. Working with our in-house civil and structural engineers and landscape designers, these opportunities can include better site utilization, parking strategies, interior efficiency, and sustainable development features i.e. USGBC LEED Certification.
In addition, we work closely with real estate professionals on development potential.
Whether it’s new construction or a remodel, architectural styles are carefully considered for appropriateness to the market, creating advantage and value in promoting the property.
“Time is Money” as the saying goes, and schedule efficiency can make all the difference with an investment return on a new project. With the goal of advancing the schedule from design to occupancy, the JRMA Team will aggressively seek strategies for expediting project development and permitting.
