JRMA Architecture: Find the Possibilities in your Project

Knowing that a successful project is our client’s primary concern, JRMA defines that success by answering important questions about function, schedule, and valuePhoenix North Transfer Station. This becomes the basis of JRMA’s architectural services and a path for seeking unique design opportunities. Function along with value can inspire great design!

We design our projects with qualified Principal-led teams who work closely with the client. In addition, coordination of key technical considerations with all project stakeholders includes working closely with our in-house structural engineers so that the essential solutions of building value can be developed thoroughly and creatively.

In addition, we review with our clients the potential for integrating sustainability solutions into the final design. This may include basic building materials such as fly ash concrete, recycled metals, finish materials with recycled content such as carpeting, tile, etc. We believe that sharing this responsibility with our clients has and will make a positive contribution to our environment.

Founded on the belief that better skills provide more value to our clients, our architectural staff is proactive about continual improvement. Internal teams interact regularly to develop higher levels of technical benchmarking and troubleshooting. Education is promoted through in-house seminars and professional training outside of the office environment that keeps JRMA “ahead of the curve.”

In addition to licenses in California and Arizona, JRMA architects hold certifications from the National Council of Architectural Review Boards, which facilitates licensing in all other states.
