Signature Flight DAL

The increased tenant demand at Dallas Love Field for newer, more efficient hangars was a primary driver behind this project located on the Signature Flight leasehold. JRMA teamed with Aeroplex Group to design a new 38,000 SF hangar that can accommodate up to four large Gulfstream G650’s under a single clear span roof. The hangar will include 7,100 SF of a class-A tenant office area and associated shop space with direct access to the hangar. The office circulation allows for direct landside-to-airside access though common and tenant areas. The hangar sits within an under-utilized area of the existing Signature ramp and includes dedicated parking with landside- and airside-controlled access. The hangar’s exterior design carries several elements found in other Signature Flight Service facilities, including horizontal fluted architectural metal wall panels, polycarbonate glazing and canopies.
