Flight at Tustin Legacy

Bremco Construction planned to construct 5 new metal building structures as a part of a larger project called Flight at Tustin Legacy. JRMA was tasked to provide structural engineering design services for the foundation system as well as perform the role of Engineer of Record for the metal building structures. Flight at Tustin Legacy is a redevelopment of the former Marine Corp Air Station in Tustin, CA and will have 11 buildings that are designed to recall airplane hangars which includes offices, meeting spaces and a food hall. This will be the largest office development to open in the John Wayne Airport are in about two years.
