Eastgate Business Park

JRMA was selected to provide architectural design and structural engineering services for a new concrete tilt-up building on a 1.4 acre site on Mariani Court in the Eastgate Business Park. The 26,019 square foot structure provided the client with additional manufacturing and warehouse space, as well as approximately 13,000 square feet of leasable space. The building features both grade level and dock-high loading capabilities. The contemporary design offers functional and attractive flex space in the mixed-use business park, which is located near I-5 in California’s Central Valley.
