Transfer Stations & Their Roles in SB 1383 Compliance Efforts

Jim R. Miller, SE was a speaker at the 2022 SoCal SWANA Founding Chapter Workshop in Ontario, CA and presented on the important roles that transfer stations play in the SB 1383 compliance efforts. There were three project examples he focused on: Shoreway Environmental Center, Puente Hills MRF & TS and Blueline Biogenic. He discussed the transfer station operations complexities and the importance of flexibility and space for expansion.
