Founded in 1982 as J.R. Miller Engineering Services, JRMA has consistently provided design and engineering services to design/build construction contractors and owners of industrial and commercial projects. Beginning in 1986, the firm expanded its services by adding architectural design capabilities in order to provide complete facility design services and the name was changed to J.R. Miller & Associates, or JRMA.
Prior to founding the firm, Jim Miller spent seven years as a design engineer in design/build construction and two years as a facility engineer. Through this experience, his hands-on knowledge of cost-effective construction and applications with manufacturing-related design issues became the basis for the JRMA principles of providing the highest levels of value and functionality to our Customers.
Today, our firm has over 43 dedicated employees based in Brea, California and has completed hundreds of projects throughout the United States and abroad.
