Designed to set a new standard for aviation facility design, Hangar Charlie represents Phase I of a 250,000 s.f. development by Maguire Aviation that will include 18 hangars and an FBO. This new aviation facility includes a 12,200 s.f. Office and a 44,000 s.f. Hangar and Aircraft Maintenance Facility. This hangar is the fifth aviation facility JRMA has completed at the Van Nuys Airport.
Work performed: Architectural and structural engineering design services. Exterior architectural design in collaboration with SPF:a Architects.
