Manufacturing facility for the production of stranded steel wire used for pre-stressed structural concrete components. The 55,000 s.f. plant included pickling, drawing, stranding, and spooling machines. Design included cooling tower and waste process area. Design/Build services provided to James N. Gray Company. This project was the recipient of the 1998 Systems Builders Association Award. Project cost: $ 6 million.
