Master planning and design of the first step in converting a previous military installation into a commercial airfield. The 50-acre development will include a new taxiway, fixed base operation, government aviation facility, helicopter facility, T-hangars and general aviation hangars and tie-down areas. The approximate 300,000 s.f. of structures will be a phased development and will utilize a progressive architectural design throughout the various facilities.
