70,000 s.f. concrete tilt-up building for Royal Industries, Inc. which is situated on approximately 4-acres and will serve as the main headquarters for the corporation. The rear portion of the building, approximately 50,000 s.f., will be used for the fabrication, storage, and distribution of the finished product. The front of the building will house the administrative activities in a two-story, 20,000 s.f. office space. The office area will encompass the companies design center, accounting, sales and management responsibilities. With two conference rooms and a 2,500 s.f. showroom, the facility will also serve as the focal point for new and existing client gatherings.
