29,000 s.f. concrete tilt-up building including 6,000 s.f. of office area and 23,000 s.f. of warehouse/manufacturing area for a food product machinery packaging corporation. Exterior design emphasized the use of tilt-up panels while portraying a progressive look for the company. This building was the first project for the Talega Business Park.
Scope of Work: Architectural design, structural design, and consultant coordination.
