Development of a 2-story commercial building on a 18,000 s.f. parcel. The intent of the design development will be to design a building that maximizes the available property within the constraints of the current zoning requirements and limited access points within close proximity to major signalized intersections.
The building will be designed for office, assembly/manufacturing and warehouse use and will function as the primary place of business for the Owner.
