This new production facility is approximately 315,000 s.f. and was designed to give Cal Spas greater capabilities in serving new demands for spas, billiard tables, and barbeques. Interior functions include executive and administrative offices, product test facility, production areas, and distribution warehouse. The structure is concrete tilt-up with a bar joist roof system and features a 44' high glass entry tower. The floor was sloped to complement the natural slope of the site thereby minimizing the quantity (and cost) of exported earth.
