Construction of a hangar and office/FBO facility at the Camarillo Municipal Airport on a site which was previously used as a fire station. This facility consists of two 27,405 s.f. hangars with a central two-story 11,000 s.f. office with equipment mezzanine.
The primary structural system for the building will be a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system. The office/FBO core will be framed with PEMB elements for floor and mezzanine framing.
Work performed: Architectural design, structural engineering design, and consultant coordination.
