This new aviation facility includes a 12,200 s.f. Office and a 44,000 s.f. Hangar and Aircraft Maintenance Facility. The hangar is the is the fifth aviation facility JRMA has completed at the Van Nuys Airport. The facility for Maguire Aviation includes 18 hangars and an FBO facility totaling 250,000 s.f.
